NSPCC report follows viral video

Adult content creator Bonnie Blue — real name Tia Billinger — has been reported to the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children after a video featuring her newborn and three masked men prompted safeguarding concerns. The complaint was made by Conservative Party equalities spokeswoman Joy Morrissey, following widespread online criticism.

The footage appeared only days after Blue announced the birth of her first child, and quickly drew attention on social platforms. The Tab reported that several posts, including video clips, led to a backlash that culminated in Morrissey contacting the children’s charity.

What the videos allegedly showed

The imagery in question

According to The Tab, one clip showed Blue sitting on a bed holding her newborn while three men in blue ski masks sat nearby. The infant was wrapped in a blue blanket, and another post allegedly showed Blue passing the baby to the masked men.

Those posts were said to include comments from Blue about a recent Caesarean birth and her plans to resume producing adult content. The combination of newborn imagery and adult-content promotion prompted many users to question the appropriateness of the material.

"The internet is split – some people see it as a provocative promo, while others are rightly worried about a child being used in content connected to adult entertainment," said one social-media commenter.

Political response and safeguarding concerns

Morrissey’s letter to the NSPCC reportedly urged the charity to look into whether children should ever be involved in pornography or used to promote adult material. She stressed that children need protection from exposure to sexualised content, according to The Tab.

The intervention moved the story beyond social media — but a report to the NSPCC is not the same as a finding of wrongdoing. The charity will need to consider the details and decide whether any further action is warranted.

Bonnie Blue pushes back

Blue rejected the criticism and defended her parenting in comments to The Sun, saying her baby is "loved, protected and incredibly well looked after". She accused Morrissey of leveraging the controversy for political exposure and warned that unfounded referrals could divert resources from children who really need help.

The dispute has taken on a political edge because of Blue’s past public support for Reform UK — an affiliation that Morrissey has criticised — while Blue has continued to insist she can combine motherhood with her adult-content career.

What happens next

There is no indication that the NSPCC has concluded the child was harmed or that any offence was committed. For now, the charity has been asked to assess safeguarding concerns raised by the footage and the subsequent public outcry.

The episode is likely to keep generating attention given Blue’s history of provocative promotional posts. Central to the debate remains whether featuring a newborn in material tied to an adult persona crosses a line – Blue maintains her child is safe, and Morrissey has asked the NSPCC to examine the circumstances.
