Chi Lewis-Parry, known for his role in '28 Years Later: The Bone Temple,' recently shared a laugh-out-loud moment from the film set, revealing the eyebrow-raising item he took home. During an interview with Thomas Duke of Stepping Through Film, Lewis-Parry, alongside co-star Ralph Fiennes, discussed the unusual keepsakes they acquired during filming.
When asked by Duke about any physical mementos or script markings they kept to aid in memorizing lines, Lewis-Parry admitted to holding onto all his scripts and call sheets. He then dropped the bombshell: "I got one of Kelson’s skulls," referencing the character played by Fiennes. But the real kicker was his next confession – he walked away with his character Samson's prosthetic penis, which had Fiennes in stitches.
“I wanted that,” Fiennes jokingly chimed in, sparking laughter and Lewis-Parry's playful response, “I’ll sort you out.”
Ralph Fiennes, the iconic 'Schindler’s List' star, took a different approach to movie souvenirs. In the same interview, he revealed that he rarely keeps items from film sets. He shared that although he had once considered keeping garments, he decided against it, realizing he would never actually wear them. "I don’t really keep much now. You just accumulate stuff," Fiennes noted, although he does keep certain "particularly precious" items.
'28 Years Later: The Bone Temple' is a gripping post-apocalyptic horror film that continues the saga from the 2025 hit '28 Years Later'.
