Denise Richards Dishes on 'Spicy' Daughter Sami

Denise Richards has plenty to say about her daughter Sami Sheen's fiery personality. In a revealing appearance on the "Dumb Blonde Podcast" hosted by Bunnie Xo, Richards, 55, shares insights into how her 22-year-old daughter isn't afraid to go toe-to-toe with her famous dad, Charlie Sheen.

Richards and Sheen, who married in 2002 and divorced in 2006, are parents to Sami and her sister, Lola, 21. Richards describes Sami as the more outspoken of the two, often challenging her father more than her sister.

Podcast Revelations and 'Karma' Remarks

In a candid exchange, Bunnie Xo remarked that Sami seems to be Charlie's "karma," a notion that made Richards laugh. "You don't have to cut it out," she said, agreeing that Sami indeed gives her dad a run for his money. "She stands up to him the most," Richards noted. "And you know, he does need it. We all do."

Richards praised Sami’s confidence, although she admitted that her daughter's boldness occasionally makes headlines. "I wish I had her confidence when I was her age," Richards confessed. "Even if sometimes she could filter a bit more, I admire that she's unafraid to be herself."

Differences Between Sami and Lola

Despite being raised under the same roof, Sami and her younger sister Lola are worlds apart, according to Richards. Where Sami is bold and media-savvy, even launching an OnlyFans account in 2022, Lola is described as "sweet and loves Jesus."

Richards has nothing but admiration for Sami's spirit, even as she navigates a complicated relationship with her dad. Sami recently made waves by refuting claims that her father financially supports her, stating that she's been independently managing her finances since she was 18, thanks in part to her success on OnlyFans.
