The debt collectors argue that Richards' income should be used to pay off Phypers' debts due to their marital status. They detailed her earnings from various platforms, including Amazon, Fox Broadcast for her appearance on “Special Forces” Season 3, and NBCUniversal's “RHOBH” franchise.

This development follows a court order in July 2024 mandating Phypers to settle his debts. His company, Quantum Epigenetics Consulting, once sued over a $190,000 business loan, remains at the center of this financial storm. Despite a settlement granting him until 2025 to repay, collectors allege he defaulted, having paid only $40,000.

Aaron Phypers has faced significant legal challenges, with his financial woes compounded by a separate fraud lawsuit involving a former cancer patient. Amidst these troubles, his marriage to Richards has rapidly deteriorated, resulting in his filing for divorce on July 7, just three days after their separation.

Phypers, claiming "zero income" after closing his business, has sought spousal support from Richards, who reportedly earns $250,000 monthly. As tensions escalated, Richards sought a temporary restraining order against Phypers, citing alleged domestic violence, further complicating their separation.
