Donna Mills is opening up about how she stays in shape at 85. The Knot’s Landing alum recently talked to Fox News Digital about her daily fitness habits after joining OnlyFans, giving fans a clear playbook for how she keeps active and eats smart as she ages.
Mills sticks to a consistent, no-frills workout plan. She does 100 sit-ups a day, 50 leg lifts and lots of stretching, practices at a ballet barre in her small home gym and rides a stationary bike for about 45 minutes to an hour. The routine is built around repetition and mobility, not flashy equipment.
"I make moving every day non-negotiable — it’s the little things that add up and keep me feeling strong," Mills said.
On top of her at-home work, tennis plays a major role. She says she sometimes plays five times a week, which she calls very important to her overall fitness and enjoyment. The mix of core work, cardio and regular sport gives her a balanced approach.
Mills follows a mostly sugar-free diet, a habit she traces back to reading the book Sugar Blues years ago. She credits that early reading for keeping sweets off her plate and says it takes effort to maintain healthy choices over time.
Still, she admits to one weakness: Doritos. The actress says she’s a self-described Doritos addict and prefers the Nacho Cheese flavor. She joked that production crews know her taste — many sets have kept a bag in her trailer over the years — though she notes she eats them less often now and treats them as a rare indulgence.
Mills has also talked about her OnlyFans journey, and reports have surfaced about how much she’s earned on the platform despite not charging for a subscription. Details of those figures were shared publicly after she joined, though she continues to focus on her health and routine.
