Lawsuit Unveils Troubling Allegations Against Lil Uzi Vert

Serious allegations have been laid against rapper Lil Uzi Vert and his label Roc Nation as an anonymous former assistant, "Jane Doe," steps forward with a lawsuit. The suit accuses them of sexual harassment, labor violations, and emotional distress.

Filing the complaint in California's Superior Court, Jane Doe claims she endured continuous harassment through explicit text messages and verbal comments. Her legal action also targets UziVert LLC, seeking compensation for unpaid wages and emotional suffering.

Claims of Extreme Work Conditions and Neglect

According to HotNewHipHop, the plaintiff worked for Lil Uzi Vert from 2022 to 2025, faced with relentless work hours ranging from 12 to 39 hours without overtime, and was required to cover her travel and meal expenses. Allegations against Roc Nation include ignoring Jane Doe's repeated pleas for help.

The lawsuit highlights that Jane Doe was eventually reassigned to work for Lil Uzi Vert's partner, JT, following the firing of JT's assistant. She resigned from these positions in April 2025, citing burnout and continued harassment.

“The emotional toll of working under such conditions was unbearable, compounded by the inappropriate messages I received,” Jane Doe stated in the lawsuit.

Explicit Messages Add Fuel to the Fire

Court documents reveal that Lil Uzi Vert allegedly sent Jane Doe messages like "Let me see that booty" and "I don't like sleeping by myself," which escalated to hostility when she rejected his advances. The assistant claims the rapper’s substance use contributed to an already challenging work environment.

As the legal proceedings continue, neither Lil Uzi Vert nor Roc Nation has publicly addressed the claims, leaving fans and the legal community eagerly awaiting further developments in this high-profile case.
