Authorities say a Florida man was taken into custody Saturday morning after a park visitor discovered him allegedly exposing himself while filming adult material for OnlyFans. The arrest occurred around 5 a.m. at a park along the 7400 block of 25th Street in Saint Petersburg.

According to an arrest affidavit from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, the victim found the man under a park pavilion with his pants down and touching himself. When confronted, the man apologized and agreed to stay put until deputies arrived.

"He apologized when the bystander confronted him and remained at the scene until officers arrived," the affidavit notes.

Investigators say he admitted to filming

Investigators reported that the suspect—identified as 40-year-old Nathan Christopher Aleman of Saint Petersburg—admitted to exposing himself. The affidavit says he made the admission both before and after being read his Miranda rights.

Deputies say Aleman told them he was actively filming content for the platform OnlyFans when the bystander sat down nearby, prompting the confrontation that led to the arrest.

Booking and the charge

Aleman was booked into the Pinellas County Jail following the incident. He faces a charge of first-offense exposure of sexual organs, according to the sheriff’s office affidavit.
