Saber Interactive is not holding back with their upcoming title, Hellraiser: Revival. Tim Willits, the development chief, told IGN that they plan to stretch the limits of what's permissible in gaming, especially regarding violence, sexual content, and adult themes. "We are going to go as far as we possibly can, as far as the people that make rules will let us go," Willits stated, hinting at a game that might redefine how mature content is approached in video games.

“And I hope that we can make one version, but we are willing to go as far as we possibly can go.”

The narrative promises to be as dark and intricate as fans might expect. Players will step into the shoes of Aidan, who must harness the enigmatic Genesis Configuration to help his girlfriend, Sunny, escape the nightmarish Labyrinth.
