A Jaw-Dropping Moment on AGT

America's Got Talent judge Howie Mandel left fans in disbelief with an unexpected, NSFW comment aimed at his co-judge, Sofia Vergara. The surprising moment unfolded during Tuesday night's quarterfinals, following an electrifying aerial act by the daring duo, Jacqueline and Wagner.

Their gravity-defying performance had the audience on the edge of their seats as they executed roller-skating stunts high above the judges' heads. A particular move, where Jacqueline was swung around by her bright red hair, inspired a banter that took an unexpected turn.

Howie's Risqué Remark

After the performance, Sofia addressed the thrilling hair-raising moment, only for Howie to chime in with, "It's like a date for you," before realizing the potential for offense and covering his mouth.

“What did Howie say about Sophia and the hair pulling?!?!?!” one shocked viewer posted on X, expressing what many others were thinking.

Sofia, the Modern Family alum, appeared to brush off Howie's comment, but fellow judge Mel B didn’t let it slide. Giving Howie a disgusted glare, she playfully slapped him on the arm, showcasing her disapproval.

More Than Just Banter?

While AGT judges are known for their playful exchanges, Howie's comment added to a history of eyebrow-raising moments between him and Sofia. Just last February on Live with Kelly and Mark, Howie made light of Sofia’s recent split from ex-husband Joe Manganiello, showing his knack for pushing the envelope with humor.

Despite the sometimes heated exchanges, the judges usually keep it all in good fun. However, the tension was palpable during a previous quarterfinals episode when Sofia disagreed with Howie's harsh critique of a child act, leading to a brief on-air squabble that saw the audience booing Howie.
