Khloé Kardashian's Tattoos: A Story of Ink and Evolution

Khloé Kardashian recently shared the story behind a tattoo she had lasered off after discovering its unintended NSFW meaning. The revelation came during her podcast, Khloé In Wonder Land, when a curious fan asked which of her tattoos had been removed.

The 41-year-old reality star explained that the tattoo—a 'tramp stamp' on her lower back—was meant to honor her late father, Robert Kardashian, who passed away in September 2003. It featured a cross with angel wings and the word 'Daddy' emblazoned over it. "I had a tramp stamp. It was the trend at the time," Khloé recounted, "and I got a cross with angel wings, and it says 'Daddy' over it."

The NSFW Revelation and Family Tattoo Twists

As times changed, so did the connotations of her tattoo. Khloé's ink, once a heartfelt tribute, took on a cheeky double meaning she hadn't anticipated. "It was not supposed to be a sexual situation," she clarified, "but being that it was a tramp stamp, it just... clicked." A stranger's offhand comment made her realize the unintended implication: "Who's your daddy?" left her feeling uncomfortable, prompting the decision to remove it.

“Like I remember a guy being like 'Who's your daddy?' and I'm like 'Eww'. And then I was like, he's not wrong. It just all clicked to me, so that's being removed, but for good reason.”

The tattoo saga didn't end there. Khloé's mom, Kris Jenner, added an unexpected twist by getting a matching tattoo without Khloé's knowledge. Kris's version included the names of her daughters Kendall and Kylie, but not her other children, making for an awkward family tattoo moment.

Reflecting on Rebellion and Removal

Khloé's reflection on her rebellious phase revealed more about her younger self's impulse to ink. "I remember when my dad died, I was like, I don't want a lot of tattoos," she shared. Despite knowing her father wouldn't approve of tattoos, she chose to mark his memory with one. The once cherished tribute, however, is now being erased. "You can't see the 'Daddy' anymore, or the angel wings, but you can see little remnants of the ivy," she said, noting the ongoing laser removal process.

Khloé's journey with tattoos serves as a reminder of how meanings can shift over time and how family dynamics can create unintended tattoo tales. From honoring her father to sharing a matching 'tramp stamp' with her mom, Khloé's ink story is anything but dull.
