Kristin Cavallari's Podcast Reality Check

Kristin Cavallari, known for her candidness, might be reconsidering her podcast's content. On the January 20 episode of Let’s Be Honest, Cavallari shared a revelation courtesy of her sons, Camden (13) and Jaxon (11), that got her rethinking her approach to podcasting.

"They told me recently that about a year ago, when I was dating that younger guy, their friends mentioned seeing us play a drinking game on the podcast," she confessed. "They caught wind of some of the adult topics we discussed." The revelation was a "real eye-opener" for the mom of three, who admitted she’ll "definitely pull back" on sharing too much personal information in future episodes.

A Parenting Dilemma

Cavallari, who also shares daughter Saylor (10) with ex-husband Jay Cutler, expressed her concern over how her words might impact her kids. "That made me really pause," she reflected. "I need to start being careful because it’s not just about what Jax and Camden think of me, but how it affects them and their friends."

“I can’t be saying stuff that’s gonna affect them and their friends,” Cavallari emphasized, highlighting the balancing act between personal transparency and protecting her children's social environment.

Reflecting on Past Episodes

The specific podcast episode in question, from 2024, featured a game of "Truth or Drink" with then-boyfriend Mark Estes. During the game, Cavallari was asked if she had ever faked an orgasm, to which she confidently answered, "No, I don’t think I’ve faked an orgasm in my entire life. I don’t need to." Estes, a 25-year-old TikTok star, was also prompted with a question about mature partners, to which he replied, "Yeah, you’re the best sex I ever had for sure."

With her sons' friends tuning in, Cavallari seems set to pivot her podcast strategy, prioritizing her family's comfort while maintaining her authentic voice.
