Former Metro Nashville Police officer Sean Herman, 35, found himself at the center of scandal after an OnlyFans skit gone awry. On August 14, 2025, Herman pleaded no contest to a felony official misconduct charge linked to the explicit mock traffic-stop skit. This decision came with a sentence of one year of supervised probation and the opportunity for judicial diversion. Should he successfully complete the probation, Herman can have the felony charge dismissed and his record expunged.
Herman's brush with the law followed a decision by the Tennessee Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission to suspend his law enforcement certification indefinitely in August 2024. His future in law enforcement hinges on the outcome of this case and the commission's subsequent review once all legal matters conclude.
It all began in April 2024 when Herman, then a patrol officer, participated in a sexually charged parody video. Shot in a warehouse parking lot, the skit featured OnlyFans creator Jordin in a staged traffic stop. During the skit, in full uniform, Herman was seen interacting inappropriately with Jordin, who exposed herself and invited physical interaction. Despite his face being obscured, a visible police patch identified him as a Metro Nashville officer. The video captured the online audience's attention, going viral and leading to Herman's dismissal from the force in May 2024. His subsequent arrest in June, a $3,000 bond, and an indictment on two misconduct charges followed.
“This was meant to be a promotional clip, not a real incident,” Jordin has clarified regarding the skit, which she said was filmed outside of Herman's work hours.
The skit, Jordin explains, was a promotional effort for the platform X, not OnlyFans. Having connected with Herman through a Reddit post, she emphasized that the filming occurred on private property before Herman's shift. Despite the backlash and media frenzy that ensued, Jordin noted a significant spike in her OnlyFans subscribers, though she later removed the video.
Trying to distance herself from the uproar, Jordin described Herman as "a very respectful guy, very polite." She underscored the intent behind the skit, noting that it was never supposed to reflect poorly on Herman or her brand.
With judicial diversion in place, Sean Herman's future in law enforcement remains uncertain but hopeful. If he completes his probation without incident, he could see the charges dismissed and even seek to have his record cleared. Additionally, his suspended certification as a law enforcement officer may be reinstated, allowing him to possibly return to his role in Tennessee once legal proceedings wrap up.
