Every day, millions turn to OnlyFans for an intimate look behind closed doors. Both amateurs and professional creators share their most private moments in exchange for cash. But what happens when a couple in this steamy spotlight calls it quits?
That's the dilemma facing former couple Parker Skidmore and Sydney Jennings, known to many under her stage name, Allison Parker. For over three years, starting in 2020, the duo captivated audiences with their content, ranging from solo performances to joint escapades. But the curtain fell in late 2023 when, after a decade together, they decided to part ways.
While many breakups resolve with time, Skidmore and Jennings' split is tangled in legal complexities. Jennings, still active on their shared OnlyFans account, faces a lawsuit filed by Skidmore, who claims joint ownership. Filed on October 21 in Maricopa County Superior Court, Skidmore is seeking at least $300,000 in damages, accusing Jennings of breach of fiduciary duty and unjust enrichment.
“It’s basically a divorce,” remarks New York attorney Alex Lonstein, who specializes in OnlyFans-related cases. “Even though they weren’t married, they shared intertwined assets. These cases are becoming more common.”
Skidmore alleges that Jennings has denied him access to the account, despite their agreement. Attempts to reach Jennings for comment have so far been unsuccessful.
Skidmore's complaint paints a picture of success turned sour. The account generated over $5 million, carrying the couple through a lavish lifestyle, including a $1.1 million home. At its peak, revenue soared to $150,000 monthly. But since the breakup, Skidmore claims earnings have nosedived by up to 70% due to his absence.
Attorney Alex Lonstein highlights the messiness of mixing love with business, noting that while these arrangements can be lucrative, they often don't end with a tidy resolution. He suggests a settlement might be in everyone's best interest. Alternatively, Jennings might start fresh with a new account, banking on her massive 5.8 million Instagram followers to follow her.
The case remains unresolved, but it underscores the risks and rewards of turning private lives into public entertainment on OnlyFans.
