Adva Lavi's Legal Woes in Los Angeles

Israeli OnlyFans model Adva Lavi, also known by her alias Mia Ventura, is currently in custody in Los Angeles after a judge concluded she poses a flight risk due to repeated violations of her release conditions. The 29-year-old's legal predicament deepened following her third arrest in a matter of months. This latest arrest came Tuesday evening as Lavi exited the chic Azul restaurant in Beverly Hills.

Beverly Hills police acted on an arrest warrant issued by authorities in Indio, Riverside County, east of Los Angeles. Lavi allegedly stole luxury items valued over $11,000, including a Rolex watch worth $8,600, during the renowned Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April 2025. The alleged thefts, captured on security cameras, became pivotal in issuing the warrant.

Alleged Crimes and Courtroom Drama

Further intensifying her legal troubles, officers discovered that Lavi was not wearing the electronic ankle monitor required from a previous case. This prompted the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office to file an additional charge for violating a court order. Her saga of alleged burglaries and thefts targeting wealthy older men began in October 2025, leading to numerous charges, including theft and unlawful use of personal info, to which she pleaded not guilty.

“Nothing will ensure that she appears for trial anymore,” the judge remarked, highlighting Lavi's defiance of court mandates.

Despite judges initially offering warnings for crossing county lines, her continued infractions finally prompted custody. Her past defense cited a boundary mishap while dining in Malibu, but these arguments have lost their persuasiveness.

Entangled Relationships and Derailed Plans

The case also captured public attention due to Lavi's link with Steven Cloobeck, a 64-year-old Jewish billionaire and former California gubernatorial hopeful. Arrested himself for allegedly trying to sway trial witnesses, Cloobeck's involvement further complicates the narrative. Once engaged to marry in Jerusalem, their relationship reportedly dissolved after Lavi's recent detainment, and Cloobeck allegedly ceased funding her defense.

During her Friday courtroom appearance, Lavi, clad in a blue prison outfit, requested the aid of a Hebrew interpreter despite her fluency in English, adding yet another unexpected twist to her unfolding story.
