During a routine encounter on a sidewalk, officers discovered she had an active felony grand theft warrant out of Riverside County.

The warrant dates back to an alleged theft incident at the famed Coachella festival in 2025. Prosecutors accuse Lavie of swiping over $11,000 in luxury goods from a Tesla Cybertruck parked outside an Airbnb. The items reportedly taken include a Rolex watch and two Louis Vuitton accessories – sunglasses and a cardholder.

According to investigators, surveillance footage captured Lavie entering the vehicle. The alleged motive? She was reportedly upset after being denied a festival wristband by the vehicle's owner. This prompted Riverside County authorities to charge her with felony grand theft. Things worsened when she failed to appear at a scheduled court hearing, leading to the issuance of an arrest warrant.
