Talk Show Turns Family Affair

Late-night TV host Seth Meyers had an unforgettable night on his show recently, not because of a celebrity guest, but thanks to his kids. The NBC star, 51, let his children Ashe, 9, Axel, 7, and Adelaide, 4, join him on stage, and the results were pure comedy gold.

With his wife Alexi Ashe, 42, having brought the kids along after a nearby family Christmas card shoot, they decided to join their dad for a special segment. The interview, although pre-taped, aired on November 27 and quickly veered into delightful chaos.

Adelaide's Unscripted Moment

Adelaide stole the spotlight with her hilarious unpredictability, firstly claiming she dressed as a 'turkey' before correcting herself to 'Elphaba' from Wicked. Seth pointed out the confusion, explaining later on Instagram that the little one had recently met the star of Wicked, Cynthia Erivo, leaving an impression on her young mind.

“The subway smells like diarrhea!” the 4-year-old exclaimed, sending the live audience into a fit of laughter.

The segment continued with the kids reminiscing about a Pittsburgh Steelers game and engaging in impromptu dancing, much to the delight of the audience.

Keeping the Laughter Rolling

The fun didn’t stop there. Adelaide kept giggling and interacting with the audience, while Ashe and Axel provided their own moments of hilarity. When asked about their favorite school subjects, Axel cheekily replied, "Definitely not read or write!"

The charming chaos wrapped up with Adelaide climbing onto her dad's desk, leaving the audience—and surely Seth—both amused and exhausted. It was a night to remember, with Meyers' kids proving that they might just have a future in entertainment themselves.
