The case involving 16-year-old T.H., accused of sexually assaulting and murdering his stepsister Anna Kepner on a Carnival Cruise ship, has taken a significant turn. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, T.H. was initially arrested and charged as a juvenile. However, a dramatic shift to adult court has intensified the proceedings. The charge stems from the grim discovery of Kepner's body, which was reportedly found concealed under a bed in their shared cabin. The medical examiner concluded that asphyxiation was the cause of death.
