The 25-year-old glam fitness star, who boasts a significant social media following, was notified of the gym's decision when her access card was unexpectedly blocked. A formal letter shortly followed, informing her of an indefinite ban from all John Reed gyms globally, exempting only Switzerland. "I find this very strange," Edda expressed on TikTok, pointing out that the gym often re-shares other members' mirror selfies online.

Online Fame Fuels Feud

The gym chain contends that Edda breached house rules, though they have not specified which ones. Tensions have flared among gym-goers, with one member reportedly venting in a WhatsApp group that speaking calmly with Edda was futile. Meanwhile, Edda attributes the backlash to envy over her rising digital presence.

“With her, staying calm and talking in a composed manner is pointless,” said one frustrated gym member.
