Paul Rudd has long been celebrated for his comedic chops and his ageless appearance, but now it seems fans have another attribute to add to his list of accolades. During an interview in January with Rick Glassman to promote his upcoming film Anaconda with Jack Black, the Ant-Man star found himself in a rather cheeky conversation about his anatomy.
To Rudd's surprise, Glassman made a bold comment regarding the size of his manhood, claiming to have stumbled upon the revelation during a previous skit in the summer of 2025. In the bit, Rudd's character ends up in a compromising position, and despite some strategic blurring, those on set apparently got a full view.
"You have a huge penis," stated Glassman. "You do – you have a huge penis. Showing the poop takes you down two points, but showing the penis raises you four. So I thought you’re coming out ahead," he humorously added.
“So basically, two steps back, four steps forward," Rudd quipped back, clearly amused by the situation. "I didn’t realize that you even saw my penis,” he admitted.
The exchange continued with a tongue-in-cheek clarification from Glassman: “It was hard – it was soft to miss. It was hard to miss, even when it’s soft… Do you feel like people don’t know how big your penis is?”
Despite the candid conversation, Rudd confessed to keeping a low profile regarding nudity in films. "I mean I've never done – I've never been naked in a movie," Rudd shared. "I’m a fairly private person. I don’t wanna just be wagging my d**k all over the place. I’m not Harvey Keitel in The Piano."
Fans had plenty to say about Rudd's unexpected reveal. One fan commented, "Learning that Paul Rudd has a big one was not on my bingo card for 2026... but I think this one’s a winner!" while another added, "No wonder he's so nice and carefree. He has nothing to prove."
Aside from this playful banter, Rudd continues to impress with his youthful looks. Speaking to Men’s Health, he shared his secrets to staying forever young: "Sleep. Then diet. Then weights. Then cardio." He emphasized the importance of rest, "The most important part of training is sleep. People will set their alarm and then sleep for four hours and they’ll get up so that they can train. They’re doing themselves a disservice."
Clearly, whether it's his acting, his private life, or his fitness routine, Paul Rudd has a knack for keeping things interesting.
